Item 4.	Ownership
ACT Capital Management, LLLP is the beneficial owner of 328,507 shares of common stock of the Issuer and 174,650 warrants subject to a 9.9% blocker provision to purchase common stock, or approximately 5.6 % of the total number of shares of common stock of the Issuer outstanding. In addition, ACT Capital Management, LLLP currently owns $325,000 of the 6% Senior Secured Convertible Notes and $50,000 of the 8% Senior Secured Convertible Notes. Amir L. Ecker and Carol G. Frankenfield are the General Partners of ACT Capital Management, LLLP. Investment decisions made on behalf of ACT Capital Management, LLLP are made primarily by its General Partners.
