Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On June 10, 2016, Niska Gas Storage Partners LLC (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing its financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished and attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. The information in Exhibit 99.1 is being furnished pursuant to this Item 2.02.
