On August 8, 2017, CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd. (“CH2M”) announced its financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the Second Quarter 2017 Earnings Report is furnished to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission with this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
