Amendment Description	This Amendment No. 1 to Form 10-K (this “Amendment”) amends our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended January 1, 2022, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 17, 2022 (the “Original Filing”). We are filing this Amendment to amend Part III of the Original Filing to include the information required by and not included in Part III of the Original Filing, as we do not intend to file a definitive proxy statement for an annual meeting of stockholders within 120 days of the end of our fiscal year ended January 1, 2022. In addition, in connection with the filing of this Amendment and pursuant to the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, we are including with this Amendment new certifications of our principal executive officer and principal financial officer pursuant to Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Accordingly, Item 15 of Part IV has also been amended to reflect the filing of these new certifications.
