Other Events.

On February 15, 2023, Maxar Technologies Inc. (“Maxar”) issued a press release announcing the expiration of the “go-shop” period set forth in the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of December 15, 2022, by and among Maxar, Galileo Parent, Inc., Galileo Bidco, Inc, and solely for the purposes set forth therein, Galileo Topco, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Additional Information About the Merger and Where to Find It

This communication relates to the proposed transaction involving Maxar. In connection with the proposed transaction, Maxar has filed a preliminary proxy statement on Schedule 14A on January 31, 2023 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
