Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 21, 2023, Daniel R. Marshak, Ph.D., resigned from the Board of Directors of InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp., (the “Company”), effective immediately. Dr. Marshak’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
