Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On April 5, 2024, Liberty Resources Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it caused to be deposited $23,073.69 into the Company’s trust account for its public stockholders, allowing the Company to extend the date by which the Company may consummate an initial business combination by one month from April 8, 2024 to May 8, 2024.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
