Resignation of Director

On September 28, 2025, Mr. Yue Yu submitted his resignation as Director of Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (the “Company”), effective on September 29, 2025. The resignation of Mr. Yu was due to personal reasons and was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.
