Investor Presentation, Listing Overview and FAQs

In connection with the closing of the reorganization of FS Specialty Lending Fund (the “Predecessor Fund”) with and into FS Specialty Lending Fund (formerly, New FS Specialty Lending Fund) (the “Fund”) on October 28, 2025, and the expected listing of the Fund’s common shares of beneficial interest on a national securities exchange in mid-November, subject to market conditions and final approval by the Fund’s board of trustees,, the Fund published on October 30, 2025, an investor presentation, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1, and a listing overview and frequently asked questions, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2. There can be no assurance that the Fund will be able to complete the listing in the expected timeframe or at all.
