On February 18, 2026, Farmland Partners Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial position as of December 31, 2025, results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2025 and other related information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company intends to make certain supplemental information available on its website www.farmlandpartners.com under the section “Investor Relations—Presentations” prior to the Company’s conference call with investors on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time).
