Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 30, 2025, the Board of Directors of BlackRock Direct Lending Corp. (the “Company”), appointed Charles Park as Chief Compliance Officer of the Company, effective July 31, 2025, in connection with the resignation of Ariel Hazzard, who previously served as Chief Compliance Officer of the Company.
