On February 12, 2009, Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (the “Registrant”) sent a letter to its shareholders in connection with the upcoming Special Meeting of the Shareholders of the Registrant to be held on February 20, 2009 to approve and adopt, among other things, the merger agreement between the Registrant and an affiliate of Vector Capital. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
