On May 4, 2017, Intrawest Resorts Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the “Results of Operations and Financial Condition” for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
