Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

Amount beneficially owned:

Wolverine Asset Management, LLC (“WAM”) is an investment manager and has voting and dispositive power over 3,950,001 of the common stock of the Issuer. This amount consists of (i) 1,450,001 shares of common stock and (ii) 2,500,000 shares of common stock underlying warrants to purchase the common stock of the Issuer. The sole member and manager of WAM is Wolverine Holdings, L.P. (“Wolverine Holdings”). Robert R. Bellick and Christopher L. Gust may be deemed to control Wolverine Trading Partners, Inc. (“WTP”), the general partner of Wolverine Holdings.

Each of WAM, Wolverine Holdings, WTP, Mr. Bellick, and Mr. Gust may be deemed the beneficial owner of 5.6% of the Issuer’s outstanding shares of common stock, which percentage was calculated by dividing (i) the sum of (a) 1,450,001 shares of common stock plus (b) 2,500,000 shares of common stock underlying the warrants by (ii) the sum of (a) 66,378,003 (the number of shares of common stock outstanding, as reported in the Issuer’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q dated August 12, 2015) plus (b) 2,500,000 (the number of shares of common stock receivable upon exercise of the warrants).
