Ownership. (as of June 11, 2018)

Effective as of June 11, 2018, BlackRock New Jersey Municipal Income Trust (“BNJ”) and BlackRock New Jersey Municipal Bond Trust (“BLJ”) were reorganized into BlackRock MuniYield New Jersey Fund, Inc. (“MYJ”), with MYJ continuing as the surviving fund after the reorganizations. Holders of the VRDP Shares of BNJ and BLJ will receive on a one-for-one basis MYJ VRDP Shares in an amount equal to the aggregate VRDP Share liquidation preference (including any accumulated and unpaid dividends) held by such holders of VRDP Shares immediately prior to the reorganizations.
