On February 24, 2021, Golar LNG Partners LP (“GMLP”) issued a press release announcing the approval by the holders of common units representing limited partner interests in GMLP of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of January 13, 2021, by and among GMLP, Golar GP LLC, New Fortress Energy Inc., Lobos Acquisition LLC and NFE International Holdings Limited, and the merger contemplated thereby. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
