Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 28, 2007, Dr. Raul Hinojosa resigned from the Board of Directors and as President of No Borders, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. The resignation of Dr. Hinojosa is for personal business considerations and commitments. Dr. Hinojosa did not resign as the result of any material disagreement with the Company or any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
