Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On September 30, 2009, Dr. Zion Hadad resigned from his position as the interim President of IXI Mobile, Inc. (the “Company”). Dr. Hadad’s departure did not involve any controversy or disagreement with the Company, and he will retain his position on the Company’s Board of Directors.
