(a) Amount beneficially owned: As of December 31, 2010, and subject to the information included in this Item 4, (i) Mr. Ding beneficially owned in the aggregate 8,190,000 shares of Common Stock, all of which were owned by Eastern Well, and (ii) Eastern Well beneficially owned 8,190,000 shares of Common Stock.
