OASMIA PHARMACEUTICAL AB

On July 2, 2019, Oasmia Pharmaceutical AB (“Oasmia”) issued a press release (the “Release”) announcing that Nina Heldring, PhD, was appointed Chief Medical Officer of Oasmia. Nina Heldring has 20 years of experience with pre-clinical and clinical medical research from academic institutes and the pharmaceutical industry. Sven Rohmann, Oasmia’s prior CMO was named Chief Executive Officer of Oasmia as of July 1, 2019. A copy of the Release is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.

Further, on June 28, 2019, Oasmia issued a second press release (the “Second Release”) announcing the formulation of Oasmia’s Scientific Advisory Board, consisting of Professor Rolf Lewensohn, MD, PhD, Hans Grönlund, PhD and Ola Winqvist, MD, PhD. A copy of the Second Release is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.
