Other Events

On July 24, 2019, MB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the Company issued a press release announcing that it had filed a Form 15 to terminate the registration and reporting obligations of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share, under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.
