Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificate, Series 2006-NC1, in order to amend Section 1.01 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement by and among J.P. MORGAN ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION I, as depositor, J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP., as seller, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as securities administrator and as servicer, PENTALPHA SURVEILLANCE LLC, as trust oversight manager and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as trustee.
