The amount beneficially owned by each Reporting Person is determined based on 30,197,087 shares of Units outstanding as of November 23, 2021, as the Issuer reported in its Form 6-K filed with the SEC on November 29, 2021.

The filing of this SCHEDULE 13G/A shall not be construed as an admission that the Reporting Persons are, for purposes of Section 13(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the beneficial owners of any of the Shares reported herein.
