		On October 15, 2010, we received a notice of exercise from a holder of the call warrants for PreferredPLUS Trust Certificates Series CTR-1, which specified that the call warrant holder intended to exercise 200,000 of its warrants and call 200,000 trust certificates with an aggregate stated amount of $5,000,000. On November 15, 2010, the exercise date of the call warrants, we distributed the aggregate exercise price of $5,166,666.67 (representing, with respect to the Class A trust certificates, $5,000,000 with respect to the principal amount and $166,666.67 with respect to the interest amount due.
