United States Oil and Gas Corp Cancels Annual Meeting of Stockholders

AUSTIN, TX, September 22, 2011 -- United States Oil and Gas Corp (OTCQB: USOG) announced today that it has canceled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, because the Company did not meet the quorum requirement in order to hold the meeting. The meeting had been scheduled for September 23, 2011 and the Company does not have any current plans to reschedule the meeting.
