Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 12, 2017, Brad Buxton provided Quadrant 4 System Corporation (the “Company”) with notice of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors.

Robert Steele, CEO stated “Mr. Buxton has served the Board of Directors well and we appreciate his faithful service. His insight into financial matters was beneficial to me and the Company and will be missed. We thank him for his service.”
