Item 2.02 Results of Operation

On July 5, 2018, Xplore Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.

The Company also announced the cancelation of the conference call previously planned for 11:00 a.m. ET on July 5, 2018 to discuss the Company’s financial results for the fiscal year 2018.
