Other Events

Lincoln Park Savings Bank has, on September 13, 2007 been served with a Summons and Complaint in the matter of Donald Hom v. Lincoln Park Savings Bank and The Board of Directors of Lincoln Park Savings Bank , Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Morris County , Docket No., MRS-L-1548-07. The complaint , by Donald Hom, former President & CEO of Lincoln Park Savings Bank, alleges an employment-related claim pursuant to the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act (N.J.S. 34:19-1 et seq.) The complaint has been referred to special counsel for Lincoln Park Savings Bank for defense .

Lincoln Park Bancorp(“Company”) is the mid-tier holding company of Lincoln Park Savings Bank, a New Jersey state-chartered savings bank that conducts its business from its main office in Lincoln Park, New Jersey and a branch office in Montville, New Jersey. The Company’s common stock is traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol “LPBC”.
