Court in response to Item 4, The James Patrick Court Trust, of which Ms. Court is the Trustee, has the right to receive dividends from, and the proceeds from the sale of, 275,497 shares, which is less than 5% of the class of subject securities. In addition, as reported in Item 4, The Katherine Conrad Court Trust, of which Ms. Court is the Trustee, has the right to receive dividends from, and proceeds from the sale of, 459,161 shares, which is 6.3% of the class of subject securities.
