On May 20, 2005, The Bank of New York, as indenture trustee, made the monthly payment to the Securityholders, as indicated in the Statement to Securityholders (the “Statement to Securityholders”). A copy of the monthly Statement to Securityholders with respect to such distribution, delivered pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 2004, among Fifth Third Auto Trust 2004-A, as Issuer, Citigroup Vehicle Securities Inc., as Depositor, Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio banking corporation, as Servicer, Administrator and Custodian, Fifth Third Auto Funding LLC, as Seller, and The Bank of New York, as Indenture Trustee, is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
