On November 21, 2005, Neoforma, Inc. and Global Healthcare Exchange, LLC (“GHX”) issued a joint press release announcing that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 with respect to the proposed acquisition of Neoforma by GHX has expired, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
