In the Form 8-K for the Coupon Period ending March 6, 2006, which was filed July 6, 2006, the text “March 6, 2005” is replaced with “March 6, 2006” in the single location it appears, and the item “Average Quarterly Percentage 0.0000%” is replaced with “Quarterly Percentage 0.30792%”.
