Letter to Husker Ag Members

Attached as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by this reference, is a copy of the letter dated December 22, 2006, from Seth Harder, General Manager of Husker Ag, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Husker Ag”) to the members of Husker Ag. The letter provides Husker Ag’s members with an update of our rights offering.
