A.	Supplemental Information

On April 13, 2007, the following became effective:

Patricia Hutton resigned her position as Universal CPM’s partnership representative of Universal City Florida Holding Co. I and Universal City Florida Holding Co. II, (collectively “UCHC”) and from the Park Advisory Board of Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. (“UCDP”).

Christy R. Shibata was appointed to replace Ms. Hutton as Universal CPM’s partnership representative of UCHC and as a member of the Park Advisory Board of UCDP. Ms. Shibata currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Universal Pictures and Studios, a position held since March 2007. Prior to that time and since October 2005, she was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, of CNBC and CNBC International. From September 2002 to September 2005, she was the Chief Financial Officer at GE Healthcare Japan. Ms. Shibata does not currently sit on any other Boards.

Bruce L. Campbell resigned his position on the Park Advisory Board of UCDP. No replacement has yet been named.
