(b) On July 1, 2007, John Longhouser, Executive Vice President, Logistics Operations Group, of MTC Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) advised the Company that he intended to retire from his position effective July 1, 2007. Mr. Longhouser and the Company are currently negotiating an arrangement pursuant to which Mr. Longhouser would agree to provide appropriate transition services to the Company.
