Departure of Director

On April 24, 2008, Immunicon Corporation (“Immunicon”) received the resignation of Elizabeth Tallett, pursuant to which Ms. Tallett resigned her position as a director on Immunicon’s Board of Directors. Ms. Tallett’s resignation was effective immediately. Ms. Tallett’s resignation is not as a result of any disagreement with Immunicon on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
