Item 4.	Ownership.

	(a)	Amount beneficially owned:

		QVT Financial LP (“QVT Financial”) is the investment manager for QVT Fund LP (the “Fund”), which beneficially owns 221,911 Ordinary Shares, and for Quintessence Fund L.P. (“Quintessence”), which beneficially owns 24,439 Ordinary Shares. QVT Financial is also the investment manager for a separate discretionary account managed for a third party (the “Separate Account”), which holds 30,465 Ordinary Shares. QVT Financial has the power to direct the vote and disposition of the Ordinary Shares held by the Fund, Quintessence and the Separate Account. Accordingly, QVT Financial may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of an aggregate amount of 276,815 Ordinary Shares, consisting of the shares owned by the Fund and Quintessence and the shares held in the Separate Account.

		QVT Financial GP LLC, as General Partner of QVT Financial, may be deemed to beneficially own the same number of Ordinary Shares reported by QVT Financial. QVT Associates GP LLC, as General Partner of the Fund and Quintessence, may be deemed to beneficially own the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares owned by the Fund and Quintessence, and accordingly, QVT Associates GP LLC may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of an aggregate amount of 246,350 Ordinary Shares.

		Each of QVT Financial and QVT Financial GP LLC disclaims beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares owned by the Fund and Quintessence and held in the Separate Account. QVT Associates GP LLC disclaims beneficial ownership of all Ordinary Shares owned by the Fund and Quintessence, except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.

		The percentage disclosed in Item 11 of the Cover Pages for each reporting person is calculated based upon 6,115,000 Ordinary Shares outstanding, which is the total number of shares issued and outstanding as reported in the Issuer’s Report on Form 6-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 15, 2009.
