On October 16, 2009, Dollarama Inc. (f/k/a Dollarama Capital Corporation), the parent company of Dollarama Group L.P. and Dollarama Group Holdings L.P. closed its previously announced initial public offering of 17,142,857 of its common shares in Canada.
