ANNOUNCES €340 MILLION SENIOR SECURED NOTES OFFERING THROUGH

ITS WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY MAGYAR TELECOM B.V.

NEW YORK, December 7, 2009—Invitel Holdings A/S (Invitel Holdings) today announced an offering (the “Offering”) through its wholly owned subsidiary, Magyar Telecom B.V. (the “Issuer”), of Senior Secured Notes (the “Notes”) for approximately €340 million. The proceeds from the Offering will be used to refinance certain indebtedness of Invitel Holdings’ subsidiaries.
