		As of December 31, 2009, the Fund beneficially owned 464,927 shares of Common Stock and Quintessence beneficially owned 47,117 shares of Common Stock. Accordingly, as of December 31, 2009, QVT Financial, QVT Financial GP LLC and QVT Associates GP LLC each may have been deemed to be the beneficial owner of 512,044 shares of Common Stock.
