		As of the date hereof, the reporting persons own no shares of Common Stock.

		As of December 31, 2009, the Fund beneficially owned 2,130,118 shares of Common Stock and Quintessence beneficially owned 218,996 shares of Common Stock. Accordingly, as of December 31, 2009, QVT Financial, QVT Financial GP LLC and QVT Associates GP LLC each may have been deemed to be the beneficial owner of 2,349,114 shares of Common Stock.
