Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

William C. Strom, Jr. the Executive Vice-President and Chief Credit Officer of The First State Bank and a director of Henry County Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, The First State Bank, has notified the Company of his retirement effective July 28, 2010. Mr. Storm plans to relocate to California, and the Company thanks him for his many years of service and wishes him well in his retirement.
