By a letter dated August 2, 2010, Edward Kaloust resigned from Bank of Florida Corporation’s (the “Company”) Board of Directors and also resigned from the Board of Director’s of the Company’s subsidiary, Bank of Florida Trust Company. No executive officer of the Company is aware of any disagreement between Mr. Kaloust and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
