On February 21, 2012, Jacob Van Berkel notified Grubb & Ellis Company (the “Company”) that, effective February 24, 2012, he was resigning as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and from all other positions he holds with the Company and its subsidiaries.
