Stock-based Compensation	7. Stock-based Compensation On August 18, 2011, the Company granted 2,900,000 shares of restricted common stock, with 1,000,000 shares vesting upon the first anniversary of the date of grant, 700,000 shares vesting on the second anniversary of the date of grant, and the remaining 1,200,000 shares vesting on the completion of an initial public offering of the Company’s common stock pursuant to a filed prospectus provided that the employees remain employed by the Company on the applicable vesting dates subject to limited exceptions. The Company amortizes the value to expense over the vesting periods for which there are fixed vesting terms of the awards. Accordingly, the Company recorded $3.4 million of stock-based compensation for the three months ended March 31, 2012, as compared to no stock-based compensation expense recorded for the three months ended March 31, 2011. As of March 31, 2012, unamortized stock compensation expense is $8.6 million. An additional $11.9 million is expected to be charged to expense in the period in which the Company completes an initial public offering of common stock.
