On November 18, 2012, Grant Asay, Executive Vice President of Operations of LifeCare Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he intends to leave his position at the Company and pursue other employment opportunities. The Company and Mr. Asay are discussing his final date of employment but no such date has been determined at this time.
