Other Events

At a Board of Director’s meeting held February 13, 2013, the Board of Directors determined to go forward with the “go dark” transaction described in the amended Form 13(e)(3) filed with the SEC on December 26, 2012. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the next thirty days.
