The Debtor filed a liquidating chapter 11 plan of reorganization on 9/25/2012. Following a hearing held on January 10, 2013, the Court approved the Debtor’s Disclosure Statement in support of its First Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization. At a hearing to consider confirmation of the Debtor’s Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation on May 23, 2013, the Court confirmed the Plan.
