This Amendment No. 2 (this “Amendment”) to Schedule 13G (the “Schedule 13G”) is being filed on behalf of Bradley Louis Radoff relating to the Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), of DynaVox, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), purchased by Mr. Radoff.

This Amendment amends and restates the Schedule 13G as set forth below.

This percentage is determined by dividing the number of shares beneficially held by Mr. Radoff by 11,414,269, the number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of September 18, 2013, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 22, 2013.
