On July 14, 2014, Meridian Interstate Bancorp, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation, announced that Meridian Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation, had completed the syndicated community offering in connection with the mutual-to-stock conversion of Meridian Financial Services, Incorporated, and also announced preliminary results of the offering.
